Simple Weekly Execution
Pick your split, enter your current maxes, update your program, and follow the week-by-week structure. When your strength improves, update the numbers and keep progressing.
Run the 6-day system for maximum powerbuilding volume
Run the 4-day system if you need fewer gym days
Use RPE 8–9 on accessories: hard, controlled, and clean
You can swap accessories for similar movements that suit your gym, machines, equipment, or personal preference
