How To Run It

Simple Weekly Execution

Pick your split, enter your current maxes, update your program, and follow the week-by-week structure. When your strength improves, update the numbers and keep progressing.

  • Run the 6-day system for maximum powerbuilding volume
  • Run the 4-day system if you need fewer gym days
  • Use RPE 8–9 on accessories: hard, controlled, and clean
  • You can swap accessories for similar movements that suit your gym, machines, equipment, or personal preference
  • Keep the same movement pattern when swapping: press for press, row for row, curl for curl, leg curl for hamstring work, and so on
  • Use the coaching subscription if you want direct feedback and form corrections
